4v4 & 8v8 Tryout/Team Placement Info

Over the past few weeks, we have been having several more people that want to join our team and start a new 4v4 team. To assess which team people should be on, we will be holding tryout / team placement on Sunday, May 16th, and Monday, May 17th. We will also be holding a meeting on Sunday before the tryouts,

We will also be reorganizing the 8v8 team roster. We will be doing this at the same time as the 4v4 tryouts. Ideally, I would like the two 4v4 teams to come together and form 1 8v8 team, but I think there are some people who only want to play 4v4 or 8v8.

These tryout will be open to anyone who wants to tryout. It is not exclusive to BT members. However, any non-BT members who tryout and want to play will be required to join BT.

The meeting on Sunday will take place at 9PM EST, so please be on at that time, and be ready to play BC2. We will be playing both 4v4 and 8v8 on both nights, so we may have some players sitting out for some scrims, but everyone will need to be available to be contacted, either on vent or xfire.

Here is what we will be looking for while holding tryouts:
1. Teamwork. How well you work with a team. How well you take orders.
2. Skill level. We will basically be looking at people KDRs throughout all of the scrims. Everyone will be playing in multiple scrims, so everyone will have more than 1 chance to have a good KDR.
3. Communication. This is basically just how well you communicate over vent. Simple.

TL;DR: We're starting a second 4v4 team and may be moving players around from the 1st team to the 2nd team. We are also restructuring our 8v8 roster, as we now have more players who want to play. We will also be having a meeting to discuss a more permanent practice schedule and other info.

Edit: Sunday will be 8v8s, Monday will be 4v4, but everyone needs to be on sunday for the meeting.
